Posting will be paused over the holiday weekend. I am actually getting away for a hike. Aimless and I will be given an expert tour of Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore by our good friends the Mytyss from Great Lakes Hikes.
I was able to yogi a free sample of Trailblaze Energy Bar mix which Aimless and I are packing and it will also be the first chance to test out my new Cannon Elph sd600 digital camera on the trail. So expect lots of pictures and a full report on the trip, the bars and the camera.
I hope the best for everyone this weekend whether it be at home with their families or out on the trail. Take a moment to think of our troops stuck in Iraq and Afghanistan. Also really think long and hard for all the women and men who have died in this dishonest contrived war america was deceived into fighting in Iraq. Lets hope that issues in Iran, North Korea and Palestine have dramatically different solutions. And remember just because you have a magnet on your SUV doesn’t mean your actually supporting the anyone. Well other then maybe the oil companies to fill your SUV.
